Vivienne Westwood at Home: Table cloth

Vivienne Westwood seems to have a preference for interior designs. She designed all sorts of cute wallpapers and now you can own your very own Vivienne Westwood table cloth. Pretty cool, huh?

The Queen of Punk designed 20 spreads to decorate your table.

The designs are covered with bold, bright prints often with Westwood’s trademark political polemics emblazoned across. All table cloths are made in England signed by Miss Westwood herself. Each design costs 829 euro, but your moneys goes straight to charity:  Cool Earth.

A new collection made for Vivienne Westwood for Lee jeans. The last collection was available from January and this new collection is available from July. The collection, as you probably already know, is called The Vivienne Westwood and Lee Anglomania jeans collection.

John Galliano to replace Donatella Versace @ Fashion Fringe

Fashion Fringe is looking for new talent! And John Galliano is helping them.

Fashion Fringe at Covent Garden is looking for cutting edge, iconoclastic talent in design and creativity to continue the tradition of Vivienne Westwood, Hussein Chalayan and the late Alexander McQueen. Where Donatella Versace helped Fashion Fringe at first, it is now John Galliano’s job to find the new fashion genius.

“I am hoping we find a rebel genius. I will look for someone who reminds me of me when I was starting out – someone original, unique, who has their own style and handwriting and isn’t afraid to try something new. Fashion sometimes gets scared and plays it too safe – but I want to push boundaries,” he said.

The Vivienne Westwood Anglomania and Lee collection

Vivienne Westwood is a fashion genius. Allthough I’m kind of fed up with all the collaborations lately, here’s one that makes me enthousiastic!

Vivienne Westwood is designing jeans for Lee Jeans. What can we expect? The collection will range from superskinny jeans to microshort shorts. Washes will run from indigo denim to metallic gold- and copper-colored denim to denim printed with a trompe l’oeil lace design.

Prices are from 90 euros to 225 euros. For a VIVIENNE WESTWOOD JEANS!

Enthousiastics like me have to wait a month, the jeans will be available for buyers in January 2010.
